In addition to creating a specialized mobile site that will make online shopping for Patty Tobin Fine Fashion Jewelry a breeze, we’re improving the navigation and organization of our site to provide our customers with a much smoother, easy to browse on-the-go experience.

And the good news doesn’t stop there — drum roll please — we’re also changing our existing Return & Exchange Policy and introducing new complimentary and reduced Shipping & Handling Rates for all online orders! Shop on-the-go with your Mobile phone or Tablet

I am especially excited to announce that we are currently working on a redesigned Mobile experience for our website and online store. Soon customers will be able to smoothly and easily navigate their way around our site and shopping cart without having to constantly “double tap” and “pinch in”/”pinch out” on their screens in order to zoom in and out.

Our new Mobile layout will feature all the same content as our traditional desktop site, but with responsive views that automatically arrange text and image content to its optimal viewing potential; making it a breeze to easily move around the site. Users can expect not only to have a much easier time browsing our online store, but it will be easier than ever to check out our latest news and press stories, our upcoming special events like our own in-store boutique events and our Bloomingdale’s Trunk Shows.

In addition to larger product images with plenty of alternate product views, Patty Tobin shippers can look forward to quick and easy shortcuts to popular categories like Customer Favorites, As Seen At Bloomingdale’s, Mother of the Bride and Bridal jewelry, as well as Special Collections like our classic — and best selling — Shell Pearls, our colorful Fire Agates, and long time fall favorite, our Multicolored Tiger Eye Collection.

More to shop: New styles to shop from online, including lots more Bracelets and Earrings

In addition to more frequent updates to our online merchandise selection, including new styles as well as some of our classic Patty Tobin designs, we are responding to the numerous requests we have received from existing customers for a greater selection of bracelets and earrings. Over the next month or so we will be getting as many new products up on our site as possible with a special emphasis on more earrings and more bracelets. We encourage all our customers to keep this in mind as we approach the Holiday Season!

We’re improving our Return Policy

As many of you know, our Return Policy has always been a strict Return for Store Credit only policy. We realize, however, that as we move ahead in enhancing our online shopping experience, it is crucial for customers to feel they have the option to order a piece of jewelry and to have the opportunity to try it on before deciding if they want to keep it.

Now customers will have the chance to do just that! We will now be offering a limited time-frame for customers to receive their order and return their purchase should they choose. As we are still a small business, we cannot allow that window to be indefinite, so for the time being customers will have a seven day window from the date of delivery to mail back any unwanted merchandise for a full refund.

Please Note: We want to remind our customers that, as always, should you receive a product from us that requires an adjustment, such as a length change, a clasp replacement, etc. we are always happy to accommodate you whenever we can.

Some situations may require an additional nominal fee, but that is entirely dependent upon each specific request, which is why we strongly encourage our customers to reach out to us to discuss your options before rushing to make a return.
